Ezra Curtis Harp passed away August 16, 2021, in Tulsa, OK. He was born in Vinita, October 28, 1929, the son of Ezra Carroll Harp and Edna Naoma (Bogle) Harp. Curtis attended Military Grade School and Ketchum High School. He was drafted into the Army in 1952 and served his country until returning home in 1954. Curtis farmed and ranched the remainder of his life. He enjoyed raising quarter horses.
He was preceded by his parents; three sisters, Martha Harp, Nancy Ruth Harp, Maggie Virginia Boyer and one brother, Louis Leon Harp.
He is survived by three sisters, Carroll Jane Gourd, Holdenville, OK, Naomi J. Yalch, of Tulsa, OK, Mary Elizabeth Haning, of Norman, OK; two brothers, Emmett Ray Harp, Stephen J. Harp and wife Sharon, both of Langley, OK, along with numerous nieces, nephews and family members.
A book will be available for signing at Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home, Langley, OK from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Tuesday, August 17, 2021. Graveside services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at the Military Cemetery in Langley, OK with Pastor Mark Deckard officiating.
