Ed Davenport, Jr

Ed Davenport Jr., 75, of Vinita, Oklahoma, passed away on December 27, 2024, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He was born January 22, 1949, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Ed Davenport Sr. and Marcella (Leisy) Davenport. He was a graduate of the White Oak School System. In May of 1971 Ed married Debra Martin in Chelsea, Oklahoma. He was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Ed was a welder by trade and enjoyed tinkering with things and he could fix almost anything. He was quite the handyman. Ed loved his family and enjoyed being with them. Ed is preceded in death by his parents, Ed Sr. and Marcella Davenport. He is survived by his wife, Debra, of the home, children, Amy Kendall and husband Mark, of Vinita, Aaron Davenport of Catoosa, Ok., three grandchildren, two brothers Dale and Ferris Davenport, of Vinita, many other relatives and a host of friends.
