Donna Lawrence

Vinita resident Donna Sue (Baker) Lawrence passed away April 26, 2021 in Tulsa. She was born near Hickory Grove on October 07, 1945 the daughter of James Harvey Baker and Blanche Naturia (Lett) Baker. Donna graduated from Wyandotte High School. She worked as a bookkeeper, seamstress, and convenience store manager. Donna loved to sew, read, and cook for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Mike, Jerry, Keith, Jimmy, Doyle, Wylie; sisters, Clevia, Imogene, Dodie, Peggy, and Erma.

Survivors include daughters, Amanda Morquecho and husband Adrian of Irving, Texas, Candace Lawrence of Vinita; grandchildren, Kalie and Alex Morquecho both of Irving, Texas; sisters, Loretta Ogden of Wagoner, Nancy Reynolds of Vinita, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, April 29, 2021, at the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Fairland with Leo Schroeder officiating. Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Grove, OK.
